I am delighted to post about Les Vignerons in Rome. I went there
on Tuesday night before a really crappy dinner to check the place out and to
save 10% on wine purchases. Les
Vignernons is a speciality wine shop that is not in the heart of the city
center but well worth the trek for the amazing selection. Until October 6th they are having a
special 10% off sale on purchases to celebrate their 2nd anniversary.
I rushed into the shop at about 8:30pm
and was greeted by the amiable Antonio who explained to me that this was an enoteca that specializes in small,
natural producers. Great care is taken
to ensure the wines are made with the least amount of interference.
I bought 3 bottle of Laziale wine, but since I was
limited on time, I plan to go back soon to check out their collection of wine
from Friuli Venezia Giulia and Val D’Aosta. Antonio was a pleasant host, very
knowledgeable and I will be happy to support this shop.
Take the 105 bus from Termini for 12 stops.
